DM Management Team was formed when two seasoned performers — David Allen and Marcus Hurst — began exchanging ideas about what was missing in artist management. After decades on stage and behind the scenes, they understood something many agencies do not:
Artists deserve to be represented by people who truly understand the business from the inside out.
What started as conversations quickly evolved into a powerhouse management company. Today, DM Management Team represents multiple premier tribute acts, and the company has grown rapidly from day one.

DAVID ALLEN
ARTIST - TALENT MANAGER
With over 25 years in the entertainment industry, David Allen brings firsthand knowledge of touring, branding, promotion, production and performance at the highest levels. As a successful tribute artist himself, David understands what it takes to build a lasting career, develop a marketable product, and maintain professional excellence. His experience allows him to guide artists not just as a manager — but as someone who has lived the journey and is still living it today.

MARCUS HURST
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
With more than 30 years in the music industry, Marcus Hurst brings extensive performance and business leadership experience to DM Management Team. As an active drummer in several popular musical projects and bands, Marcus understands firsthand the demands of live performance, touring, and production at a professional level.
In addition to his career on stage, Marcus has been an entrepreneur since his early 20s, owning and building multiple successful businesses. He founded and has managed the Fever tribute band since 1999, overseeing its long-term growth, operations, and brand development — a testament to his ability to build and sustain a successful act for decades.
Marcus also served for several years as the business / hospital manager for the animal hospital he and his wife built, where he led operations, staff management, and business strategy.
His unique combination of artistic experience and operational leadership ensures that every act represented by DM Management Team functions at the highest professional standard — both on stage and behind the scenes.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Candy Green leads the creative vision of DM Management Team. From branding and marketing strategy to promotional campaigns and visual presentation, Candy ensures every artist is positioned for maximum impact. Her eye for detail and commitment to quality help elevate each act into a polished, marketable brand.

BOOKING AGENT
Mary Lowe brings professionalism, organization, and strong venue relationships to the booking process. She works directly with venues, promoters, and event coordinators to secure quality opportunities for every act we represent. Her dedication ensures our artists stay working — and working at the right level.
